Born in Milan in 1967, graduated with full legal marks from the University of Milan in 1992 with a dissertation on Criminal Procedure.
From 1992 to 2001 cooperated as research assistant in Criminal Procedure at University of Milan (Prof. Ennio Amodio).
From January to September 1992 cooperated as a trainee with the Juvenile Court of Milan.
After training in one of the most renowned law firm specialised in white collar crimes (first as a trainee and then as an assistant lawyer), in 1999 she founded the law firm Studio legale Guzzoni operative till 2011.
From 2011 to 2012 she joined a leading Rome based criminal law firm as managing partner of the Milan Branch.
In 2012 founded - as senior partner - the boutique law firm Studio Legale Guzzoni, specialized in white collar crimes such as bribery, safety at work, bankruptcy crimes, frauds, tax crimes, manslaughters and criminal negligence crimes and market abuse.

She often teaches in refresher courses for lawyers regarding criminal matters and safety at work.
Member of Milan Bar Association since 1995.
Admitted to the Supreme Court Registry in 2007.

From 2004 to 2011 practiced in a leading Milan based law firm specialized in white collar crimes.
From 2011 to 2012 associate in a leading Rome based criminal law firm.
In September 2012 she and Benedetta Guzzoni founded Studio Legale Guzzoni.
Also gained significant experience as lecturer as former member of the faculty of “Scuola Legale Viggiani” in Milan.
Member of Milan Bar Association since October 2007.
Fluent in English and French.
